The IPA
Alright. I was able to give the IPA a fully carbonated taste test tonight, and I find it very enjoyable to drink. It was quite a relief having actual bubbles rising up to replenish an actual head on top of my glass of beer. That non-carbonation problem I’m having with the amber is pretty discouraging. I just can’t figure that one out. The first couple bottles were fine, but I’m running well below 50% success rate now. I guess that one won’t be filling any beer swap spots. Oh well, it isn’t the greatest beer in the world anyway. I think I got a bit too fancy with it.
The IPA, however, while not destined for any homebrew contests, will be proudly shared with friends. I like it.
