Gambling for better beer
So, the kegging system is approaching, slowly but surely. I’m up to just under $500 from on-line poker and after hitting the Pick 4 at Hollywood Park today, I’m up to over $700 in my horserace betting account. Such a degenerate. I still have $500 cash for live poker too. The tally in total is about $1,700. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to convince myself to liquidate and buy the necessary equipment. It’ll probably happen right after a bottling session.
I was hoping to squeeze in a brewing session tomorrow afternoon, but I’m not sure that will happen. I may have to wait until next weekend now that my Saturdays are free again for a little while. The next two brews will be slight variations of the Pale Ale I brewed a few months ago.
